I work with the deconstruction and reassembling of an image, the subject being a sudden glimpse ,a reflection of light, a scene which I apply in paint then cut out, then reapply, in constant movement and research within the decided frame.

My use of plaster and oil creates a confrontation in the layering,the dimensions, I'm inspired by the expression "less is more".

I draw with a cutter in free form, and create a confusion between what’s negative and positive in an image, between the figurative and abstract.

The themes explored are ideas surrounding our social institutions such as family, traditions , also nature versus construction.
