Most studios are at least 10ft high and are fitted with ample fluorescent strip lights and power sockets. All studios have individual electric check meters.

In our new Unit 4:
Window Studios:
These spaces have large external windows and are extremely bright.

Internal Studios:
These spaces have natural light - either borrowed light from adjoining window studios of from the roof skylights above.
* 40 sq ft/ £70 per month [Available 11 Feb].

Loft Studios:
None available..


In Unit 5:
Window studios:
* 103 sq ft/ £215 per month [Available 1 May].

Internal studio:
None available.

Loft studio:
These spaces are under the roof skylights and have excellent natural light.
* 63 sq ft/ £105 per month [Available now].
* 130 sq ft/£195 per month [Available now].

In Unit 6:
Window studios:
* 100 sq ft/ £210 per month [Available 20 Feb].

 Sharing a studio is sometimes possible - please contact us for information.

The Occupancy Licence runs annually - automatically renewable. There's a 2 month (equivalent rent) security deposit which is fully refundable (given the studio is returned in good condition) and rent is required monthly in advance (preferably by bank automatic transfer).

We operate on a first-come first-served basis and take (£100) holding deposits on studios becoming available later (i.e. still occupied).
