are two types of studios: enclosed studio with ceiling & window and internal open top
studio (no ceiling) but having excellent natural light from the sky-lights in the roof of
the building. Most studios are at least 10ft high and are fitted with ample fluorescent

Sharing
a studio is sometimes possible - please contact us for information. The Occupancy Licence runs annually - automatically renewable. There's a 2 month (equivalent rent) security deposit which is fully refundable (given the studio is returned in good condition) and rent is required monthly in advance (preferably by bank automatic transfer). We operate on a first-come first-served basis and take (£100) holding deposits on studios becoming available later (i.e. still occupied).
